Exam is Approaching

Take a break and do some blogging! My blog is growing cobwebs. If I don’t blog, the next time I think I will actually blog is after exams, which is 2nd december. School have officially close for exams and I had an enjoyable lunch with my tutorial mates.

I went out with cl, jo and py today! We went to celebrate cl’s birthday by having a lunch together. We went down to chilli padi at bugis for supposedly lunch but also called tea break. It is a nonya cafe. The food is not bad but they do not have my favourite, odneh odneh and bo bo cha cha. Sadded! Nevertheless, they have many nice kuay! =)
As usual, I met up with py at her house downstairs, then we went to toa payoh mrt station to meet up with joseph. He is late! After which, we go down bugis to meet up with cl. Cl was super early today.
After meeting up, we figure our way down to chilli padi. We were early. We waited outside for 3pm, the time for high-tea.

The nice nice food! I like the kuay and the triangle thingy. It is nice~ The dessert is not nice at all =( It is supposed to be cheng teng. In the end, it is just ice jelly. Overall, for the high tea cost, the food is counted not bad already =) About $10 per person.
After meal, at 5pm, we were deciding what to do. In the end, we decided to go down Iluma to see if there is any movie to catch. There is nothing for us so we went down to coffee bean for some htht session.
We spent a long time there talking. We discussed about py and her scandal. Seriously, I can’t stand those guys. I really look up to py! She can actually tolerate him. If it is me, I would have scolded him and ask him to go away. Imagine having spy wherever you go. OMG! Going school is already stressful enough. Now that every action of yours is being spied, it is even more stressful! Jia you py! You can get rid of him soon.
After the htht session, we went for dinner at 9 plus pm. It supposed to be dinner but by the time we went for dinner, it is supper time. Cl, py and I shared a main course while jo ate one himself. I am only left with $6 in my purse. LOL!
After dinner, we left and went back home. Tired!! It is a damn great time with them. When will be the next time we go out again?~ It all depend on the guy who’s timing is super not flexible. Eek!

I am supposed to go for lecture in the morning. In the end, I woke up late and decided to skip lecture. So nua~ I went to school for 2 hours tutorial. I guess it is another not fruitful day! =( I need to spend my time more wisely.

It is the last group of presenters for effective communication. There is no lab, no more economics lecture. So I went to school for 1 hour of effective communication tutorial. OMG! It takes me 2 hours to go school, 2 hours to come home. Sadded!

After effective communication, I went to charmaine’s house to cook agar agar. We spend a long time standing there and waiting for the layer to harden. We failed one box, the other box is nice =) Yay~

It is the FRIDAY OF THIRTEEN! Even so, it is not BLACK!
In the morning, I missed the bus and thus, charmaine and I were late for school. The moment we saw each other, we know that we will be 30 minutes late for maths. Even though there is still 1 and half hour before tutorial start. LOL! We skipped maths lecture and went for economics.
Economics ended early today. We went down to adm for potluck. The first group were there waiting for the second group (ryan, beatrice, farina, charmaine, malcolm, samson and myself). And the moment the second group reach, it started drizzling. So we did not climb up the stairs. We were taking photos while waiting for them to come down.

Then all of us went to nanyang heights. While walking, the rain got bigger and bigger. Most of us were wet. Haha! We started setting up the ground sheets and take out the food! Everyone brought something =)

The otah is damn nice! It is imported from malaysia! The first one to finish! LOL! The brownies are super chocolat-y. The potato salad has apple in it. It is nice~ Crunchie! Charmaine and I wanted to make jelly but we were so scared that it will ‘grow water’. So in the end, zhihui’s mother taught zhihui a way to prevent less water, which is to put plastic. I did not eat the muffin but they say is nice =)
As we eat, the rain got heavier and heavier. Then I realise, a group of guys were standing in a row. They were actually blocking the rain! OMG! So touching. When I wanted to take a photo of them blocking the rain, all the guys came into the picture -.-

We had too many pizza therefore, we started playing games. We played “Who? What? Huh?”. It is fun! We had tons of interaction. Then we clear up the place and started singing birthday song for the 3 birthday babies, cassandra, tai wei and peng siang. We presented the card too =)
The card is damn nice right? Charmaine did it! OMG right! Our wishes are all connected together and roll up. So nice~ 
After giving the card, the guys started their usual JC birthday bash. As for me, I took photos of them in their JC shirt! And of course, group photo! =)

Finally I can sleep peacefully without any worries. School have been a torture since last monday. Quizzes, quizzes and more quizzes. I almost died from studying and not sleeping much.

I had physics quiz today. I did not study much for it. I know it will be a relatively hard paper. Prof had said that it is either we get 5 (full marks) or get 0. And ha! I got 0 for it.
It is my 5th physics ca. I wonder why did my lecturer give us so many ca. Hope this time’s 0 marks will not pull down my score too much.

I spent the day at home mugging for economics quiz. At night, I started doing my effective communication oral presentation. Damn! I am so dead! I am damn tired and I have to do my effective communication draft. By the time I finish doing it, it is already 3 plus pm. Tired + worn out.

During economics lecture, we were sitting behind and totally bored! I started practicing my speech. Then we started drawing some characters. Ah! The characters are soo cute. Charmaine’s one is totally like her. OMG! LOL!

I am having my effective communication oral presentation. It is 25% of overall so I must do well. I think it is because of stress, it turn out quite pathetic. I was damn nervous and got ‘stage fright’. I totally forgotten about my first point. So in the end, not much of eye contact. My nervous-ness is partially thanks to the stupid video recorder in front of me. Damn it!
After effective communication, those who presented stayed back while she pointed out our ‘faults’. As I expected, vague eye contact and the content is not clear. Overall, I think it sucks. I think my presentation is like rubbish.
I went home with charmaine after which and mug economics. I am damn tired but I still have to mug.

During maths tutorial, our lecturer finally gave us the percentage we scored per quiz. On average, I got 85%. The results is quite shocking. For my first quiz, I did less than 50% of the paper. For the second quiz, I left 1 question blank. And for the final quiz, I managed to do every single question. So on average, I should have gotten about 75%. Who knows, I got 80+% for my first quiz. I think he moderated everyone’s grade.
Then I had economics quiz. I did not finish studying. I did not have time. My quiz is quite pathetic. I got only 55/100, which means, out of 20 questions, I only got 11 questions correct. Sad! I studied so hard but in the end. Never mind, I kind of expected it.
After which, I went to jurong point for lunch with geor, jing and char. We went to ajisen again. This time, we finally get to eat milk pudding! The milk pudding is nice =) Super slimy~ Haha! Then we headed home at 1 plus 2 pm.
I came home and literally KO. So worn out after not sleeping for 2 days.

In the morning, I went to popular. I got jing, geor and myself a pencil =) I wanted to get one for char too but I don’t know if she have a similar pencil. For some reason, I kept thinking she have the transparent version of the pencil. LOL!
Geor’s green, jing’s blue and mine is red! I have always wanted to get this pencil. However, I did not get it. Finally, I got this cute little red pencil! =)
I went out in the afternoon. I went to catch a movie at the cathay. I watched ‘love happens’. It is a super touching show. A-okay!
Then I went for dinner at aston. The food is nice! I like the way their rootbeer is served. Feel like going back there again (this time with a better mood). After meal, it rained so heavily so I can’t leave the cathay. I went to ben and jerry’s for dessert. The waffle is nice. Spongy!
I miss the daily scoop.
After which, walked in the rain and headed home!

Ok, another quiz today! I had computing quiz today! There are two questions and below is one of it.

Write a C program to read in a 4 digit integer number and print the number with its digits in reverse order. The C program makes use of a function LastDigit to extract last digit of the integer number.
Input – 1234
Output - 4321

When she showed us the question, she asked “do you know how to print in reverse direction?” None of us even processed or tried the question yet, she already gave us the formula to print in reverse direction. So, all we have to do is to type out the code. Fine with it.
Then I went to ask her about the sentence “the C program makes use of a function to extract last digit of the integer number”. So every time we extract one of the digit, it will enter this function. In the end, she just said “if you feel uncomfortable with doing it like that, you can calculate everything in the function and just return the digit. For as long as you have a function.”
Char asked her if we need to check the person input 4 digit number, she said “up to you.” Seriously, I think she sets no standard for this quiz at all. “Anything will do”. What is the point of giving us a quiz when you don’t even bother to set a standard? All you wanted to see is if we know how to write a function. That is all.

In the morning, I woke up late and attended lecture late. Even though I was late, the lecturer was still going through summary -.- Then I went for chemistry quiz. I am so happy! I got 8/10 for this quiz. I remember I did damn badly for the previous quiz. Haha!
After chemistry, I headed home and rest! I am damn tired after series of quizzes and test. I doze off at 2pm and woke up at 5.50pm. I am supposed to wake up at 5pm and get myself prepared to go down to ang mo kio. In the end, I was too tired.
I went down to ang mo kio. I am supposed to meet wanrong and liting at 6.45pm. In the end, both were late. I went to new york new york and queue up for seats. Luckily, wanrong and liting came before sandi. Else we will all get ‘scolded’. LOL! Charlene supposed to come too but it is her mother’s birthday~ Sadded!
We started discussing about the camp games and stuff. We are going to have a christmas fun camp =) Yay! Luckily it is after exams. It had been a long time since I really have fun. I need enjoyment!
We ordered 2 main dish and 2 soups. The 4 of us shared the food. We had cappuccino mushroom soup. We can’t taste the cappuccino at all. Even so, the mushroom soup is thick! Yummy~ =)
We had  clam chowder soup. It is served in the bread form. The bread is super thick. We had a hard time cutting the bread. The bread is sooo thick, the soup is soo little. We are cheated!!
Then we ordered one appetizer to munch. The appetizer we ordered is NOT NICE. We had something mushroom. LOL! Before we eat our appetizer, we got ourselves a cotton candy each =)
We discuss, eat, chat and zi high (ok, wanrong and I zi high). There seems to be soo much things for the christmas camp. OMG! It is going to be an enjoyable one!! How I wish wanrong, liting and charlene can go too!! Else I will be the only post sec! I don’t want to be bullied by them~~ AHHHH!
After discussing, we headed home! I bathe and went to sleep! Tired!!!

Another day at home! Yay! School is starting late tomorrow. Why is life sooooo nice?!
I spent the whole day at home cleaning up the kitchen. For some reason, the pipe spoil and the bottom of the sink is all wet. I have to clean up the mess.
Today’s weather is crazy! It rained sooo heavily, then it stop raining. Drizzle for about 10 seconds (according to char) and stop again. After which, heavy rain for about 5 minutes and stop again. Now it is shinning sooo brightly. Something is really wrong~
The other day, jiaping was telling me that she and wl got together. Finally, after knowing they will, they are together. Rumors have been going around since poly year 3. Back then, jiaping had a boyfriend and everything seems impossible. After her boyfriend and her broke up, I don’t know what happened and they are together. I haven’t been told of what happened. Oh well~ Congrats to them! No more triple date!
Anyways, Exams are coming in 15 days (according to bernard’s msn nick).
